Our Key Programmes
Music and Visual Arts Education
Our General Music Programme nurtures a lifelong appreciation for music while providing every student with opportunities to perform, create and experience music in meaningful ways. Secondary 1 students explore music from Singapore and around the world through music listening, creative exploration and performance activities. Secondary 2 students build practical musicianship by learning the guitar and engaging in songwriting experiences that encourage creativity, collaboration and self-expression.
Our Visual Arts Programme develops confident young artists who observe the world with curiosity, creativity and aesthetic awareness. Through artmaking, discussion and collaborative projects, students express their thoughts, communicate ideas visually and appreciate diverse artistic perspectives.
Arts Assembly Showcases
The Arts comes alive through our arts assembly showcases. These authentic platforms build confidence, stage presence and teamwork while celebrating Singapore's multicultural heritage through music, dance and the performing arts.
Talent Development & Competitions
The school provides aspiring performers and artists with opportunities to excel through school-based competitions, talent showcases and national platforms such as the Singapore Youth Festival. These experiences nurture creativity, resilience, leadership and collaboration while allowing students to grow in confidence and represent the school with pride.
Arts Learning Journeys
Learning extends beyond the classroom through performances, exhibitions, workshops and learning journeys that expose students to professional artists and Singapore's vibrant arts scene. These authentic experiences deepen students' appreciation of the Arts and inspire them to become active participants in Singapore's creative landscape.
