National Cadet Corps (NCC) Land Unit is one of the largest CCA in the school. Led by 7 teacher-officers and 3 Cadet Lieutenants, our vision is that NCC is a world-class organization that nurtures resourceful, responsible and resilient cadets to become successful citizens, who contributes to the community and nation.
Our mission is to develop resourceful, responsible and resilient loyal leaders and team players through fun and challenging military related activities.
With the support from NCC HQ, the unit aims to provide a diverse range of challenging and enriching activities that enhance character development, military awareness, National Education, leadership skills and an adventurous ‘can do spirit’!
Sec 1 – Energy Conservation Course, Water Ambassador Programme, Total Defence Badge Test (Bronze), Part A Camp FORGE and Camp VALUES, foot drills, Shooting Classification / Competition
Sec 2 – SANA Course, Civil Defence Course, Proficiency Badge Test, Total Defence Badge Test (Silver), Camp STEEL, 1-Star Kayaking Course, Orienteering Badge Test/Competition, arms drill, Shooting Classification / Competition
Sec 3, 4 & 5 – Mount Kinabalu Expedition, Specialist Course, Leadership Camp, Total Defence Badge Test (Gold), Rock Climbing Certification, Senior Specialist Course, Supernumerary, Camp Pinnacle, Shooting Classification / Competition.
The unit is driven by the NCC 7 Core Values – Loyalty to Country, Uprightness, Leadership, Discipline, Commitment and Responsible, Care for fellow cadets and Adventurous Spirit.

Best Unit Competition 2011 – Gold Award (8th Sustained Gold Award)
Challenge Quest Competition 2011 – 4th position
Our Part C cadets were chosen to be the Guard Of Honour for the Change Of Command Parade and NCC Day Parade 2007.
IMT Shooting Competition 2006 – Muhd Zubair (1-6) and Muhd Fuad (1-6) emerged the 8th and 10th position respectively. Outstanding Contribution Award 2012 - Master Sergeant Ian Sim (5/1 Directors)
